The Engineering Department is responsible for all general construction as defined and prescribed by Arizona Revised Statute Title 34. The EBids Application supports the vendor registration, competitive bidding, and the related processes.

Click on “Manage Proposals” after Login to upload Bid/Proposal.

Only PDF files (less than 25 MB in size) can be uploaded for Bid/Proposals. Multiple files are allowed.

Give yourself plenty of time or risk rejection of late offer.
